How it works
Hotel Tracker provides the hotel with immediate payment on guest departure via a unique Barclaycard Commercial card number assigned at the point of booking. Each transaction has a unique code to which all billing information is attached upon checkout.
The booked and billed data is then automatically matched to provide a detailed statement in conjunction with Barclaycard Commercial.
- The hotel is booked for your traveller by the Travel Management Company (TMC), Hotel Booking Agent (HBA) or using the web based Conferma Hotel Tracker Booking Tool and payment is authorised against your Barclaycard Commercial Hotel Tracker account
- When the traveller checks out of the hotel, the bill will be charged to your Hotel Tracker account
- The monthly statement is settled with Barclaycard Commercial – statements can be accessed online through our Online Services
- Your agent will provide a detailed transaction statement giving a consolidated view of the payment, booking and invoice data.
