How it works

• You receive your booking, as usual from either the agent or company (if they have their own travel booking unit), via the GDS system, fax or telephone
• The booking information will contain the Barclaycard Commercial Hotel Tracker Visa card number and expiry date
• When the traveller checks out they should check and sign the invoice
• You then process the transaction as a card-not-present payment and send the invoice back to the agent.
