Working hand in hand with Hotel Tracker, Hotel Reports gives a detailed breakdown and analysis of hotel transactions, with the room charge separated from any additional spend. You can see the booker's name, the hotel details, how many nights were spent and exactly what was charged to the card.

Reports can be accessed 24/7 through a password protected portal. You can choose from up to 50 fields of data, from hotel group down to individual traveller, to create a customised report, tailored to your needs.

Reports can also be downloaded to any spreadsheet application (eg. Excel) so you can manipulate the data further.
