How we started
Our story began in 2003 when we spotted a gap in the market for a centralised hotel payments. Existing billback systems were fragmented, costly, and inefficient. So, in 2005, Conferma launched as a hotel booking platform with a purpose-built payment solution. We gave businesses the ability to connect with their bank, integrate with third-party points of sale, and access automated hotel invoice collection. It was the first step in reshaping travel payments.

Today, Conferma is a global leader in corporate travel payments and technology solutions, trusted by the world’s biggest banks, procurement platforms, and travel agencies. With 200+ connected platforms, 90+ card issuers, and 400+ travel partners, we support thousands of businesses globally – helping them manage payments through one seamless experience. And we’re not stopping. With innovative platforms such as Connect Direct and integrations with leading hotel chains, we’re continuing to redefine global payments with smart, scalable solutions – in travel and beyond.
