Conferma recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™

The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Conferma among the list of organisations in the medium size category.

Conferma’s employees anonymously reported that the new office space and approach to collaboration are a key part of what makes the company a great place to work.

Conferma moved into a new office space earlier this year and we were lucky to work with some excellent partners who helped us to develop a flexible working space of which we are truly proud. This enables us to operate a really effective hybrid working policy with plenty of collaboration space in our office, as well as traditional desk-based space. To supplement our new office space, we have also launched a suite of new benefits over the past 12 months which have been designed to support and reward our colleagues in a variety of ways. This includes our Above and Beyond at Conferma Awards (ABC Awards) which recognise those who truly demonstrate our values in their day-to-day work.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Analysis of the sector employee survey responses found:

93% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Tech say “I’m proud to tell others I work here” compared to a UK average for sector of 69%
87% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Tech say “I want to work here for a long time” compared to a UK average for sector of 67%
